It all started 22 years ago and with 10 cheerleaders!
All-Star Gym Cougar Cheer is one of the original All-Star Companies in the United States, and 1 of only 3 in the Metroplex in 1988.
In the late 80's when cheerleading was becoming more competitive in the High Schools... All-Star cheerleading was created to train those hopefuls for their upcoming try-outs. Therefore, giving everyone a chance of making their high school team.
In fact in the Spring of 1989 when the first athletes from Cougar Cheer went to try-out for their High Schools ALL 10 made the team!
The next season grew to 35 athletes and 2 teams and history has been repeating itself ever since. Creating strong athletes with great discipline and drive.
All-Star Cheerleading has of course changed to keep up with the times of today's cheerleader needs, and so have we. We continue to train ourselves and our staff to make sure we too stay up with the times to insure we offer our athletes the best training possible. All-star cheerleading continues to be one of the fastest growing and most competitive sport in the country.
All-Star Gym Cougar Cheer is a prominent leader in the industry and has been for over 20 years.
Receiving 1000's of state and national titles.
Our mission is to teach and train all levels of cheerleading and tumbling in a fun, positive, and safe environment. We are a gym that prides itself on teaching correct technique, training all ages, and all levels! Developing the complete athlete!
