All-Star Gym Cougar Cheer has given careful consideration in developing and maintaining a strong program in all aspects of cheerleading and tumbling. We are enthusiastic, trained professionals that maintain many certifications in order to stay current on the latest teaching techniques. All of our classes are fast paced, fun, and geared toward achieving your child's goals. Your first class is always FREE to assure your satisfaction!

There are no long term commitments for our classes. Our classes run month to month. When you want to stop a class for any reason - notify the office with an email or written notice. Notice to stop taking a class must be received prior to a new month. If notice is not received prior to a new month you will be responsible for the tuition.
NEW Make-up policiy - EFFECTIVE APRIL 13th 2009
Make-up classes are only honored if prior notice has been emailed to: Absent@allstargym.net. You have a month from the time of your absence to make-up your class. Flip-Flop Friday or Open Gym are the ONLY times that can be used as a make-up.
A 10% discount is taken off the total tuition for those taking more than 1 class or when more than 1 child is enrolled from the same family.
Classes are broken up according to skill level. Proper stretching, conditioning drills, and various tumbling skills are worked in each class. Our trained professional staff can teach everything from the very basic skill to the most advanced skills. Forward rolls to full twisting layouts. Our classes are action-packed and keep our students moving and improving!
1 hour class - $65.00 (Monthly)
$20.00 (Monthly) for Competitive team members
2 Age groups - Ages 5 - 8 and Ages 9-12 Students learn and work on jumps, motions, and tumbling. Athletic shoes should be worn for this class.
1 & 1/2 Hours $80.00 (Monthly)
Standing Back Handspring Class
Trying to master your standing back handspring? This is the class for you!
Class 1 hour - $65.00 (Monthly)

Private & Semi-Private Lessons
Private and semi-private lessons are available for all levels of tumbling, cheerleading preparation, coed stunting or trampoline. 1/2 hour sessions are available. This may be just the edge you need to get ahead of your competition!
All private lessons must be paid in advance and purchased month by month (not lesson by lesson). Privates not paid for in advance will be forfeited. No make-ups will be offered for missed privates. All participants must check-in prior to each lesson.
Prices:
1/2 Hour private - $45.00 (Competitive team members - $40.00)
1/2 Hour semi-private - $22.50 per person (Competitive team members - $20.00 per person)
Stunt privates:
1/2 Hour private - $75.00 (Competitive team members - $70.00)
* Tumbling Privates with Scotty Brown are $50 per 1/2 hour (Competitve team members - $45 per person)
Participants are broken up into groups according to skill level. This is a great chance for you to get extra tumbling in during the week! Students simply show up, sign-in, and start tumbling. Flip Flop Friday is run just like a class.

ALL make-up classes are offered in Flip Flop Friday.
This class is for 9th - 12th grade males and females interested in learning how to partner stunt. This pay as you go class will start you out with the basics and take you to the collegiate level. All you need to do is show up, pay your $5.00 and start stunting. All girl group stunting is also available!
1 1/2 hour class - $5.00 per class

School Team Instruction & Choreography
Year after year we create winning cheerleading routines for our own All-Star Gym cheer & dance teams, as well as, High Schools across the Nation. If your cheer team is looking for choreography, squad instruction, a tumbling class, or help with pep-rally material All-Star Gym's instructional staff can do the job.
All choreography is customized to your team's skills and routines are never duplicated! We can do the job and you will get results. ASG is already home to the Lewisville Youth Football Cheerleaders, Hebron High School Cheerleaders, Coppell High School Cheerleaders, Newman Smith High School Cheerleaders, R.L. Turner High School Cheerleaders, John Paul II High School Cheerleaders, Carrollton Christian Academy Cheerleaders & American Heritage Academy Cheerleaders!

This is a pay as you go class! Offered every Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm. $10 per class.
This class works all jumps, jump tumble combinations, and tumbling. Must have a back handspring to be in this class.
